Unic Renoir Saint Germain Hotel Paris

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby tourist attractions. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the bathroom amenities were not consistently replenished, which was frustrating.

During my recent stay at Unic Renoir Saint Germain, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and helpfulness of the staff. Despite a minor issue with the door of our room, which was promptly addressed and resolved, the overall experience was positive. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious and lovely bathroom. The hotel's central location was also a major advantage, allowing us to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delicious selection of French viennoiseries and bread, complemented by good coffee.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of instructions for the air conditioning and heating system, as well as some staff members who had difficulty communicating in English. However, I viewed these challenges as only minor inconveniences and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Unbeatable location, 5 minutes' walk to An Plus. The rooms were compact and mine was warm. An early check-in and the staff was welcoming!

Everything was fine, even so we stayed for 1 night only. Accommodating staff were in the early morning shift. Its location was very central, walking distance to Le Select. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a nice area.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, with easy access to the city center, a variety of restaurants, and three nearby metro stations. It is even situated right at a metro station. Additionally, the hotel provides comfortable rooms with basic facilities, making it suitable for a short stay.

The staff could benefit from improving their attitude and customer service skills.

We stayed here for weekend, everything was very clean and it was in the SIMPLE location close to restaurants and bars. 14th arr. District was worth staying in.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's trip. It was conveniently located near plenty of hotels and restaurants, making it easy for us to find a place to eat or grab a drink. the hotel was just a few kilometers away from all the major attractions in the city, allowing us to easily explore the city during the day and come back to get cleaned up before going out for dinner. Another advantage we enjoyed was the peacefulness of the hotel.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the size of the rooms. As a couple on holiday, we had booked a double room but ended up getting stuck in a tight single room.

The hotel is conveniently located near three metro stations, making it easy to navigate and explore the city. It is also close to train stations that provide direct access to popular tourist spots. Guests can save time and money on transportation.

The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and unapologetic when faced with mistakes. Their lack of organization and professionalism was evident throughout the stay.

I had a lovely surprise during my stay at Unic Renoir! Despite a last-minute cancellation, the hotel was able to accommodate us in a family room. From the start, Moosha ensured we had a "most excellent" room, and Ghiles provided us with the best local tips. The hotel's location is amazing, with easy access to the metro, sightseeing spots, shopping areas, and great restaurants. The rooms, although small and a bit tired, were spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were friendly, always greeting us with a happy smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Paris.

The hotel's location is excellent, with two metro stations close by that can easily take you to all the major spots in this city. In addition, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, and we had no complaints about the staff or the breakfast.
